About Us

Unifirst Mortgage is an independent Mortgage company, established in 1987 in beautiful Grand Junction, Colorado.  Unifirst soon acquired a leadership role in Western Colorado’s dynamic home finance industry.  This eventually led to our statewide expansion, with lending offices now in Montrose, and Denver, in addition to our corporate headquarters in Grand Junction.

Throughout our growth and development we have maintained our very personalized approach to mortgage lending.  To help us compete effectively with the large “mega” lenders, we joined Lenders One, the largest national cooperative of independent mortgage lenders.  Lenders One gives us access to the best loan products with the best rates, the latest information technology and education for our staff.

While Unifirst offers many loan options for both purchase and refinances, we make sure each borrower makes an informed choice and understands the risks and  the benefits, of the various loans available.  For first time homebuyers, we offer financing through the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA).  We have been a CHFA lender since our inception and we are recognized as a leader on CHFA’s website.  www.colofa.org

Whatever your loan amount, purpose, or credit profile, Unifirst will be sure that you get the loan that best suits you, and you’ll be quoted our best competitive rate upfront regardless of your lending knowledge or experience.  Also, we guarantee our quoted interest rate and fees.

We hope Unifirst can help you with your home financing and we invite you to contact us with any questions.
